ICON Laboratories Announces Dublin Laboratory ExpansionDublin, Ireland, September 26th: ICON Laboratories, a division of ICON plc (NASDAQ: ICLR), a global provider of outsourced development services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries, today announced the opening of its expanded laboratory and operational facilities in Dublin, Ireland.
The newly redesigned facility, located in South County Business Park, Leopardstown, increases the size of the laboratory by 30% and nearly doubles the size of the operational facilities supporting project management and global logistics services.
“ICON Laboratories has expertise across all major therapeutic areas and is recognised worldwide for our extensive menu of biomarkers and our ability to offer custom flow cytometry assays to support the development of new oncology, infectious disease and immunology therapies. Our expanded laboratory will enable us to continue to meet the high demand for these important services as well as offer improved workflow for the other safety and esoteric tests performed in our Dublin facility,” commented Clare O’Sullivan, General Manager.
